Founder assessment
The nine things European investors expect to have in front of them before they take a meeting — tracked item by item, with the ones we can already verify from your profile and listing ticked for you.
Included with the Founder plan · €7/month
What this is
Investors are consistent about what they want to see before a first meeting, and consistent about not telling you which piece was missing when they pass. This tool makes that list explicit: nine items across three milestones, each with a plain description of what "done" actually means. You work through them, and the gaps stop being a mystery.
What the platform checks for you
Items we can observe are ticked automatically from your own profile and company listing — and we name what we observed, so you can always tell a verified tick from one you asserted yourself. The rest, like a cap table or a three-year model, are genuinely internal to your company; we do not pretend to see them and they stay a self-assessment.
What it covers
Nothing is held back here — this is the whole checklist. What the subscription adds is the tracking: your progress, the automatic ticks from your own data, and the specific work that closes each gap.

How it works
A founder account, with your company profile. The checklist reads from it.
Items the platform can verify from your profile and listing are ticked on arrival, each with its source named.
Every open item carries a description of what finished looks like, so there is no guessing at the standard.
Where a gap is a piece of work rather than a tick — positioning, a deck that does not land — the checklist points at the service that fixes it.
Before you sign up
The nine items are listed in full on this page, free and without an account. The tool that tracks them against your own company — including the items ticked automatically from your profile and listing — is part of the Founder plan at €7/month.
Four of the nine: your value proposition, burn rate and runway, pitch deck, and team bios. Each is derived from what you have already given the platform, and the tool names the source of every automatic tick so you can tell an observation from an assertion.
The checklist itself is what European investors ask of any early-stage company, so it applies broadly. The context around it is not generic: Oniks Capital is a business-intelligence platform for Ukraine’s private market, and the benchmarks a founder is measured against here are regional rather than Silicon Valley defaults.
The Fundraise-Readiness Checklist is part of the Founder plan, together with the full company profile, posted updates and the rest of the founder toolkit.

Documentation
No, and nothing on the platform claims it does. There is no badge, no certification and no introduction attached to completing it. What it does is stop you walking into a first meeting missing something the investor considers table stakes.
Ticks you set yourself are kept in your own browser; automatically verified items are re-derived from your profile and listing each time you open the tool, so they stay current as your company file changes.
