Questions
How fast is turnaround?
Sessions are usually booked within five business days of payment. The positioning document is delivered within five business days of the call itself.
What happens after delivery?
You own the positioning document and can use it however you choose. We do not retain any rights to the language. Email questions are welcome for two weeks after delivery.
Is this useful pre-product or only with traction?
Both. Pre-product, we focus on the customer and problem framing. With traction, we focus on category, differentiation, and the message that scales as you grow.
What should I prepare before the session?
Send the brief at least 24 hours before the call. Optionally include your current deck, website, or any positioning language you are testing.
